UEFA88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia

Within these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "UEFA88" or "We" refers to the sports betting and online casino platform operating under the domain uefa88.click.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with UEFA88.

To register for and use UEFA88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. UEFA88 does not permit anyone under the minimum age to create an account or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be an individual opening an account on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
• You must not have been previously banned or restricted from using UEFA88's services for any reason.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of UEFA88's services is lawful under your local laws.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the UEFA88 platform only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. UEFA88 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. UEFA88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

• The name registered must match the name of the bank account or eWallet holder used for deposits and withdrawals.
• The phone number used for registration must be active and able to receive SMS OTP for verification.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure and for not sharing it with anyone.
• UEFA88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

UEFA88 supports a wide range of popular deposit methods available in Malaysia. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the member's own name — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within seconds to a few minutes, depending on the method chosen. No processing fees are charged for deposits made through any of the methods listed above.

UEFA88 members may request a withdrawal of their winnings balance at any time, provided all withdrawal conditions have been fully met. Withdrawals will only be processed to an eWallet or bank account registered under the same name as the UEFA88 account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within 10 minutes for regular members, and faster for UEFA88 VIP members.
• UEFA88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds, as part of standard security protocol.
• Withdrawals that require review may take up to 24 working hours to be processed.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal — only net winnings derived from real money balance may be withdrawn without wagering conditions.

• UEFA88 reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive (no logins recorded) for more than 12 consecutive months. Members will be notified via their registered email before any closure is carried out.
• For accounts suspended pending investigation, a final decision will be communicated to the member within 30 business days.

• UEFA88's maximum total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

• Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of processing transactions, verifying identity, preventing fraud, and providing customer service.
